Have you ever wanted to work somewhere the dress code is Jorts Casual? Is Pam Beesly Halpert your personal hero? If so, we’re looking for an Office Manager to help streamline and oversee routine office activities. Along with day to day office activities, we want someone who can hold their breath for over 11 seconds.

Responsibilities:

  • Be crazy enthusiastic about all things Eureka Heights
  • Answering the Brewery phone and taking messages as needed
  • Directing and responding to the Brewery info email
  • Scanning and emailing documentation as needed
  • Categorize Brewery Invoices and prepare checks for signature
  • Responding to vendor invoicing and payment questions
  • Assist with routine filing matters
  • Deposit checks as needed
  • Preparing and checking the snail mail
  • Ensure general office supplies are stocked and organized
  • Keeping the office neat and tidy
  • Assisting with Tap Room reservations and Event setups
  • Quoting, ordering and tracking merchandise
  • Develop a sweet 80’s soft rock playlist
  • Other duties as required

What we’ve looking for:

  • Part-time (approximately 20 hours / week) but hope to grow into a full-time role
  • Office management experience is a plus
  • Love time management as much as beer
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Strong preference for a stapler
  • Experience with use of a computer
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • A real people person
  • Ability quote Die Hard not only during Christmas
