Jailbreak Brewing Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our fun, beer-loving family. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of front of house management, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff education, training, and scheduling
• Maintain and troubleshoot draft lines
• Develop menus to enhance guest experience
• Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance
• Product knowledge and rollout
• Handle guest reservations and correspondence
• Ensure accurate daily cash handling
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday shifts, nights, and weekends
• Certified Beer Server certification required within 60 days of hire
• Familiarity with local alcohol service laws
• TIPS certification within 60 days of hire
• 1-3 years of service industry management experience (beer industry experience is a plus!)
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
