  • Develop and implement creative internal communication strategies, leveraging our tools—e.g., the internal website, newsletter, and Slack—to consistently share brand stories, messaging, and updates from across the company.
  • Analyze digital asset performance and collaborate with internal partners to continually improve engagement metrics.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and story across all internal communications, maintaining an accurate reflection of the company's heart and mission.

Community Relations:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful community impact initiatives and storytelling campaigns. A project manager par excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and inspire both internal and external stakeholders. A born networker.
