Duties will include assisting with brewing, canning and general cellar work including transferring, cleaning, and packaging. Position will also assist with warehouse management, inventory and fulfilling customer orders. Applicants should be able to handle heavy lifting up to 100 pounds and use a pallet jack.

Position will work with a team of 5-6 people and will report to the production manager.

Valuable previous experiences would include light manufacturing, production work, assembly line, food or beverage handling, and work in a small-business environment where employees wear "many hats". 

Prior brewing, cellar, yeast management and fork-lift experience preferred but not required.

Kinkaider Brewing Company is a locally owned beer and spirts company which first opened in 2014. Kinkaider is one the largest breweries in the State of Nebraska. The business has grown to include 2restaurants, 2 taprooms, a distillery “Sideshow Spirits” which opened in 2020, and a German Bierhaus that features 5-6 German Style Lagers produced in-house. Kinkaider operates a 30 bbl brewhouse and a 1bbl pilot system and produces about 5,500 bbls annually.
