In this position you will be part of our Brewing Team and gain knowledge of all our Smoky Mountain Brewery brand beers while learning the process of brewing our quality brands. It will require a strong desire to learn, a "can do attitude" and the ability to do "hands on" work maintaining our production standards, facilities, and equipment. The members of our Brewery Team need to be energetic, hard-working, quality minded persons, open to change and direction. Quality and consistency are what we aim to achieve.
