Sales Manager / Key Account Rep
We are looking to fill our Sales Manager / Key Account Rep roll and are ready to have you start immediately to shadow our departing manager.
The roll is a bit of a hybrid of sales manager and selective rep. The roll would involve managing relationships with our Maryland distributor, our DC distributor, as well as our third party self-distribution sales team in Montgomery County. Outside of that, managing key accounts directly and establishing new accounts would be the priority. The final major part of this roll is working with the brewing team to establish our brewing schedule.
Future potential expansion for this roll could be more operations management - we are opening a second location and brewing operations support could be a long term advancement opportunity.
This position requires experience in beer sales, ideally local to the MD market. Salary and bonus structure can be discussed based on experience. Please do not hesitate. We are a small brewery and the definition of the role is quite flexible, and along with that so is the salary/bonus structure.
