Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Warehouse Organization

  • Work with Inventory Manager to coordinate delivery of product to accounts
  • Utilize software to post goods receipt and assign bin locations
  • Ensure all inventory is accurately placed and accounted for within the warehouse, communicating any discrepancies accordingly
  • Manage and execute inventory transfers between multiple locations
  • Monitor supply and notify management when reorders are needed
  • Transfer product between multiple retail locations
  • Regularly scheduled warehouse maintenance cleaning
  • Assist in various brewhouse maintenance tasks and facility improvement projects
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
  • Assist brewers and cellar crew in maintaining a clean workplace
  • Manage storage of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished product
  • Coordinate inventory placement and accounting to ensure product integrity and fresh dates via FIFO

Driving

  • Coordinate delivery details with Production and Operations department to ensure accurate and timely deliveries based on production and/or allocation requirements
  • Schedule and conduct supply runs to and from off-site warehouse
  • Execute inventory transfers between multiple Trillium locations and record the details via OBeer
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Conduct regular cycle counts of finished goods and careful accounting to ensure accurate inventory and account deliveries
  • Evaluate operations and logistics process and protocol and make recommendations as needed for efficiency and optimization of tasks
  • Effectively communicate delivery updates and schedule changes to impacted parties to ensure fluid process and accurate delivery expectations
  • Represent the Trillium brand appropriately and respectfully with all wholesale and customer interactions

Desired Qualifications

Experience

  • Forklift experience preferred (Trillium Brewing will provide training)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Valid driver’s license with medical DOT card and clean driving record
  • Ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with strict safety protocols
  • Attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and frequently walk between locations
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds
