High Volume Restaurant now hiring for an experienced culinary team leader. All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of kitchen management experience. We are looking for leaders who have passion for food and cooking. Applicants must be vocal and have "a sense of urgency".
A lead position responsible for preparing daily work schedule of prepared food items and all catered events. Direct and assign tasks to other individuals as necessary to complete daily responsibilities including restaurant and catering items. Oversee quality control of quantity food production and the staff involved in the preparation. This person will be held responsible and accountable to ensure all health department guidelines are maintained. Ability to delegate and multi-task is essential. Must be able to read and understand recipes written in the English language. Must be able to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours daily. Must be able to lift 50 pounds over your head and 100 pounds to your waist. Culinary degree preferred but not necessary.
