Overview

Caius Farm Brewery is a successful, family-owned and operated brewery which opened to the public in  March, 2022. Our facility was built from the ground-up and has a state-of-the-art 10BBL system and variety of oak foeders and oak and stainless lagering tanks. Our focus is making the highest quality beer with the freshest ingredients possible, including local ingredients whenever we can to support the local community. We specialize in German lagers, mixed fermentation ales, and foeder and barrel aged beers. But we also brew a range of styles with high acclaim for our IPAs and stouts, ensuring we always have something on tap for everyone. Our style of beer is different from other breweries in the Branford and greater New Haven area. We are very family friendly.

Our facility has a wild goose gosling canning line. We currently only sell our cans out of our taproom but will soon send kegs to bars and restaurants within the state of CT via self distribution. We have an internal tap room and a 3-season heated and covered exterior Beer Garden along with extensive outdoor lawn areas for additional guests. We plan on hosting private events, and also have permitting for two food trucks on site as well as sale of snacks within the brewery, such as Drunk Alpaca chips.

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations at the brewery, except for production which is overseen by the head brewer. Responsibilities of the GM will include overall staff, budgets and operations of the facility (inside and outside) including the taproom. The GM will also help the head brewer and Assistant Manager to formulate overall strategy, manage people and establish policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, detail oriented, inclined to make decisions and take actions on a proactive basis, while ensuring a safe and motivating environment for all employees. You should aspire to help us make Caius Farm Brewery as successful as possible.
