Lead Brewer at Krueger Beer

America's first canned beer. Since 1858. Krueger Beer is looking for a Lead Brewer to manage operations at our Spring Hill facility.

An ideal candidate has:

Previous experience managing a brewhouse and a team.

Reliability, flexibility and creativity.

A passion for making great beer.

Working knowledge of brewery machinery, chemicals and raw ingredients.

The ability to lift 55 pounds routinely and to work in hot/cold and wet/dry environments.

Key responsibilities:

Daily management and development of brewery, cellar and packaging staff.

Scheduling of production and staff around a busy restaurant environment.

Recipe development along with necessary updating of existing recipes.

Routine preventative maintenance.

Ensures cleanliness and organization of brewery and cellar spaces
