About the Role

Our CRM and Content Manager will be responsible for developing our global email and on-site content calendar, working with our awesome market experts to develop highly personalised, engaging content that tells the BrewDog brand story.

Reporting into the Head of CRM and Loyalty, this role will also manage day to day email planning, working closely with our agencies and partners. Supported by the Digital Content Executive who will execute on-site content, this is a broad role with ownership of two of our most important customer touchpoints – email and website.

Powered by a raft of tech, including Exponea (CRM and personalisation platform), Antavo (loyalty platform) and Segment (segmentation tool), we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, build out our email strategy, and improve the on-site customer journey through engaging and relevant content.


  • Own the BrewDog email and content calendar, working with stakeholders across the business to develop the best possible contact plan for different segments
  • Execute email campaigns, including broadcast and automated, supported by the email deployment agency
  • Line manage the Digital Content Executive, ensure on site content aligns to the marketing calendar and email support
  • Develop a robust A/B testing plan to take BrewDog emails to the next level
  • Support the Head of CRM and Loyalty with wider retention initiatives, including Planet BrewDog (loyalty programme) and customer understanding
  • Support the Content Executive with a personalisation roadmap for aligning this to email where possible

About the Team

This role forms part of the ever-expanding digital team, who manage all of BrewDog’s digital touchpoints and tech. Working remotely or in our BrewDog Big Smoke office in Shoreditch (your choice), the digital team are based all around the UK.

You’ll be supported by tech experts, analysts, designers, UX, CX, global ecomm teams and a broader brand marketing function, too.

  • Proactive, but able to priortise – email and site content is (almost) a blank slate at BrewDog, so you’re biggest challenge will be deciding what to do first!
