The Sourcing and Prep Cook will…
1. Inventory food regularly
2. Plan purchases for the week
3. Source food at local stores
4. Prep all fresh ingredients for the week as needed
5. Shop and prep additional items throughout the week as needed
6. Maintain great communication with the Kitchen Manager throughout the week
This person should be…
1. Self-motivated. Happy to work independently as well as in a team environment
3. Have basic knife skills
4. Have a valid driver's license
5. At least 18 years old
6. Serve Safe Certification is a plus, or should be obtained in the first year.
