Position Details:

  • This is salary position and pay is commensurate with job experience, qualifications, and active certificates/training
  • Reports to the director of operations
  • Key member of supply leadership team
  • Primary supply (non-innovation, non-marketing) contact for Elysian
  • Accountable for all supply chain oversight including: brewery production plan, local packaging production plan, cross-brew partner production plan, repack production plan, shipment planning
  • Key contributor to long-term production strategy (vision, direction, resources) and people management (recruiting, hiring, training, developing talent, mentoring, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems) for supply chain team

  • Typical work week is M-F, but must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and long hours as needed
  • Must be able to pass background check and 4-panel drug test
  • This is an active role where situations may require you to be working on your feet all day, or some combination of office work, meetings, and floor time 


  • Provides leadership and strategic direction for the supply team
  • Contributes to the development of the 1-3 year supply chain strategy and goals that supports the Elysian vision and strategy
  • Lead a team that delivers quality work through strong collaboration and innovative problem-solving approaches
  • Guides team to operate in accordance with planned budgets/strategies/brewery capacity
  • Manages team of direct reports through motivating and leading, providing performance feedback, coaching, staffing to business needs, and resolving personnel issues
  • Lead, grow and manage the supply chain department including master scheduling, demand planning, production planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and Global wholesale support for all Elysian made brands
  • Responsible for good business and financial practices of the brewery (managing labor, raw material costs, asset management)
  • Manages Elysian VLC Budget
  • Manages Elysian fleet ownership and servicing
  • Manages new product submissions through pricing and legal registrations
  • Accountable for the following key performance indicators across safety, brewery plan attainment, packaging plan attainment, wholesaler delivery performance, and supply chain loss

  • Develops strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results
  • Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives
  • Builds cohesive operational plans focused on delivering key business objectives
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and commitment to quality
  • Proven ability to execute strong creative concepts
  • Proven ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team
  • Proven ability to prioritize and delegate work under constantly shifting business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules to meet deadlines
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and prioritize well
  • Demonstrated initiative and innovation utilizing a proactive, team-oriented approach
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Previous experience in the beverage/alcohol industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or operations management preferred, or equivalent experience
