 Job Description

  •  The priority focus for this role is to play a key role in supporting the Content Producer and Digital Content Manager in coordinating and assisting with ongoing content video and photo projects with shooting, editing, producing, gathering props, and location and model sourcing with a focus on diversity and inclusion. 
  • The secondary focus includes working closely with the Content Producer and Digital Content Manager to support Digital Content Manager as a backup and voice in responding to social comments and community engagement. 
  • 70% of time dedicated to priority and secondary focuses. 
  • Additional focus for this position is to support the marketing team and department leads. 
  • Additional support includes but not limited to: 
  • Organizing equipment for film and photo shoots. 
  • Managing branded beer machines and mini fridges with key partners and maintaining inventory with restocking proactively to keep the beer flowing. 
  • Maintaining and updating the Pub Beer website and #cheapfunbeer social efforts. 
  • Working to secure a venue and location as a studio for use by the Content Leads. 
  • Organizing influencer packs and partner packages. 
  • 30% of time dedicated to additional support. 

Job Qualifications

  •  Photography and videography experience. 
  • Social media experience.  
  • Creative concepting experience. 
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and customer service skills. 
  • Experience with Adobe Suite. 
  • Experience in project management. 
  • Experience working within set budgets. 
  • College experience or relevant work experience preferred. 
  • Knowledge of and passion for craft beer preferred. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) 
  • Detail oriented, able to multitask and manage deadlines. 
  • Must be flexible, adapt to change easily, and operate independently.
