The Sales Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for all sales logistics, fulfillment, and wholesaler coordination for the entire Flying Dog sales network. Responsibilities will include receiving orders from 45-60 wholesalers and importers, coordinating and communicating order changes to those wholesalers and tracking those orders through the company from order receipt to order shipment.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to wholesalers and sales staff through professional communication and problem solving
  • Manage 40-50 wholesalers, 3-5 importers and two cartoon mice
  • Drink our beer flavored Kool-Aid by learning about our brand and products and serving as an ambassador to the wholesalers, importers, and other valued partners
  • Effectively communicate the needs of wholesalers and importers to appropriate staff members and management
  • Prepare and maintain paperwork related to sales administration
  • Track and analyze wholesaler inventory
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations team to ensure optimal customer service and order fulfillment
  • Track and coordinate daily orders
  • Point of contact with field sales team on ordering and managing point of sale materials
  • Coordinate and submit beer formula and label registrations to the TTB…a fairly important step in our ability to ya know, sell beer.
  • Manage beer registrations with states in the Flying Dog distribution footprint in coordination with internal compliance
  • Take on special projects and assignments as needed
  • Think creatively! Go beyond the details and to-dos to propose opportunities for improvement in our operations, knowing that no idea is too big or too small

Qualifications and Education Requirements

2-4 years of professional experience is preferred

Preferred Skills

  • The ability to tap into your inner Type A tendencies. We need to see strong organizational skills that would make Monica Geller and Leslie Knope proud. Must be detailed orientated and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy is a must…I mean, it is 2021. Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential, ability to recreate hilarious memes and gifs to send to your co-workers is a bonus
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills required
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change…which you should be conditioned to do after living on this earth the past couple years
