Job Description

The Business Support Administrator will work with the Market Development Managers and Senior Director of Sales to implement and execute organizational and day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales in our territories. This encompasses SONIC Hard Seltzer, COOP Ale Works and any subsequent brands. In addition to developing, maintaining and enhancing organization and internal communication strategies, the Business Support Administrator will support the sales and business intelligence teams in day-to-day functions related to those departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Immersion with the Sales, Marketing and Administrative Teams
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Eligible to receive a license from Oklahoma ABLE commission (certain felony convictions are not eligible for licensing)
  • Collaborate with Market Development Managers, support sales team in day-to-day functions as they relate to ordering, logistics and administration
  • Answer phones, reply to emails, assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining sales records, preparing and maintaining records of orders, new item forms, etc.
  • Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance
  • Maintaining and updating supplier, sales and customer records
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in all work settings
  • Various administrative duties as delegated by Sales Director
  • Adherence to all safety and pandemic protocol

Candidate Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior administration experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel competency equivalent to top 25% percentile of users
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day administrative protocols
  • Excellent computer, problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of work situations
