COOP Ale Works is a twelve-year-old production/packaging craft brewery located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Distribution includes six states and counting. Job Description

The Marketing Manager, Media & Digital Marketing will work with the Director of Marketing to manage COOP Ale Works and SONIC Hard Seltzer digital marketing and media strategies.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Immersion with the Marketing Team
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Able to receive a license from Oklahoma ABLE Commission
  • Adherence to all safety and pandemic protocol
  • Define and implement a media strategy based on business needs and solid KPIs that aligns with the overarching marketing and sales strategies for both COOP Ale Works and SONIC Hard Seltzer
  • Lead and manage local media strategy and key KPIs
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for media agency, essentially serving as project manager as it relates to all work assigned to agency and ensuring best in class media plans are implemented in the marketplace
  • Develop and lead content marketing strategy with the aim of creating assets appropriate for each channel involved in the marketing mix, with a specific focus on digital channels
  • Manage social media platforms on a day-to-day basis, providing feedback in the form of analytics reports and learnings on a regular basis
  • Manage and identify key influencers for the local market to help deliver further reach and engagement via their audiences for COOP Ale Works and/or SONIC Hard Seltzer, specifically related to content marketing
  • Work alongside Marketing Manager, Events, Sponsorships & Public Relations, and Assistant Marketing Manager, Visual Merchandising & Branded Merchandise, to develop and produce creative and brand assets and ensure that all creative assets related to sponsorships meet brand standards
  • Ensure regular email marketing schedules in line with overall communications strategy
  • Work with creative agency to design on-brand email creative that maps back to overall marketing campaigns of the moment
  • Ensure brand websites are consistently updated to reflect most current information and creative
  • Consistently seek out new and innovative approaches to email and website marketing
  • Ensure partner eCommerce and product focused websites are consistently updated with approved imagery and product descriptions
  • Identify eCommerce related marketing opportunities with mass accounts to help drive brand awareness and sell through
  • Oversee Marketing Coordinator and ensure they are consistently delivering on goals and objectives

Candidate Qualifications

Absolute (don’t apply without these)

  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing and/or advertising
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or other visual design tools
