Works to increase brand presence  in the market and consumer affinity  through strategic planning, sourcing, management, and fulfillment of merchandise and promotional items, that align with brand identity, campaigns, and brewery sales objectives.


  • Align with marketing and sales goals to create assortments of relevant merchandise and promotional items, for customer sales and distributor/retailer market activations
  • Develop an ongoing strategic approach to bring the brand to life for consumers via wearables, merch and gear, with an understanding of promotional and sales priorities and objectives
  • Source and procure, merchandise, and promotional items
  • Use ERP (SAP Orchestrated Beer) to create sales/purchase orders and their related forms, as well as inventory and sales reports
  • Coordinates with Marketing team and vendors to develop retail impactful lifestyle  merchandise and apparel, and promotional items that align with brand identity and help drive business
  • Implement and maintain systems that ensure timely fulfillment of orders/requests for: Distributor merchandise requests, Sales Rep merchandise requests, Online retail sales, Gear Shop re-stock requests
  • Proactively communicate new items, programs, assortments, and systems to Sales team, Gear Shop/Host team, and Marketing team when relevant
  • Inventory Management, including but not limited to, organizing stock in warehouse, monthly counts, working with Warehouse team on storage solutions, working with Finance team on inventory liability and ERP item management and processes
  • Create SOPs for recurring processes, including but not limited to, Inventory Management, ecommerce store management and fulfillment, Gear Shop re-stock requests


  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate proactively and professionally across departments – primarily with Marketing team, Sales team, and Gear Shop/Host team
  • Ability to develop, implement and provide guidance for systems that others can be trained to do 
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills


  • 3+ years experience in sourcing and purchasing
  • Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and point-of-sale software
  • Knowledge of retail and wholesale fundamentals (e.g., gross profit, gross margin, pricing strategies, discounting structures, etc.)
  • Physically capable of a variety of duties including but not limited to repeated lifting of 50 pounds or more, extended amounts of standing, stooping, crouching, and climbing
  • Full-time availability
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and festivals as needed


$19.23 - $21.63 / hour depending on experience. 401(k) with a 3% match is available after one month of employment. Health and dental are offered at 50% of premiums after 6 months. Additional coverage and paid vacation are available with tenure.
