Cellarman / Assistant Brewer

We are looking to add an experienced, hard-working, driven and detail-oriented individual to assist our head Brewer and Production Manager in day to day operations.
Duties: all tasks in beer production. Included, but not limited to: Sanitation of tanks, Transfers/running a centrifuge, Yeast management, Carbonation, Material management, Brewery maintenance/troubleshooting, Dry-hopping/adjunct additions, Multitasking with attention to detail and Quality control standards in a fast paced environment. Also expected; occasionally assist in wort production, and all duties entailed will be added as production demands. Also uncommon, but not exempt from packaging related duties.
Requirements: At least 2 years of professional training and experience in a brewery. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Motivated self-starter, ability to follow SOPs, must be able to lift 75 pounds, stand, crouch, climb, work with both hands, and a flexible schedule.
Open availability required. Sun-Thurs 12-8PM is standard for our cellar shifts.
