Brewing, cleaning, packaging, and recipe collaboration. Coordination of brewing schedule with both distributors and in house taproom. Should have some knowledge of brewing trends vs fads. Ability to work with all staff members and there will be some interaction between brewhouse and patrons, a friendly disposition is needed. Flexible work hours, PTO, and health insurance.
One year minimum working as a brewer. If you have brewing school or culinary school backgrounds, please include in resume. Wages depend on experience.
