To continually build our business in terms of market share, sales volume, distribution, and profitability within a specific sales territory. To continually seek out new business opportunities and develop the salesmanship and expertise for building brands through displays, shelf and cold box management, pricing, on and off premise point of sale merchandising, on premise promotions/features, and on premise package/draft share dominance. To develop outstanding internal and external customer relationships and provide the “best in class” customer service level in the marketplace.
This position is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. There may be the expectation to work special night time promotions and possible weekends. Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision; Highly professional, with the ability to interface well with internal and external contacts; Able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team; Needs to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and practice ethical conduct; Excellent customer relations skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; Able to operate an iPad; Promote and observe safety and security procedures; Able to use equipment and materials properly; Repeated bending, walking, standing, twisting, and turning; Able to regularly lift or carry up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift full kegs, which weigh up to 170 lbs.; Must be at least 21 years of age; Valid Mississippi driver’s license and acceptable driving record; Undergraduate college degree or acceptable position-related experience level; Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience.
Consumer product industry sales experience; Alcoholic beverage industry sales experience; Beer industry sales experience.
