Have you ever wanted to work somewhere where the dress code is jorts casual? Is Pam Beesly-Halpert your personal hero? If so, we’re looking for an Office Manager to help streamline and oversee routine office activities. Along with day to day office activities we want someone who can hold their breath for over 11 seconds.

  • Office management experience is a plus
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred

  • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Quickbooks
  • Experience with point of sales systems a plus

  • Ability to work some evening and weekend events, as needed

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Be crazy enthusiastic about all things Eureka Heights
  • Answer the brewery phone and take messages as needed
  • Respond to inquiries submitted to info@ and job@ email addresses; delegate to the corresponding department as needed
  • Maintaining brewery calendars for different departments
  • Expand on the existing office management standard operating processes
  • Coordinate on-boarding of new employees
  • Assist with scheduling staff reviews
  • Assist with maintaining employee training certifications
  • Scanning and emailing documentation as needed
  • Assist with routine filing and maintain confidential records
  • Check snail mail, prepare outgoing mail and drop-off at the post office
  • Upload monthly invoices, categorize in Dext and prepare checks for signature
  • Prepare payment requests and create invoices via Quickbooks as needed
  • Deposit checks as needed
  • Respond to vendor invoicing and payment questions
  • Help with monthly and quarterly report reminders
  • Order lunch for team and partner meetings 
  • Take notes during meetings, upload to the Google cloud and disseminate to the team
  • Maintain record of employee birthdays and work anniversaries
  • Ensure general office and kitchen supplies are stocked, organized and within budget
  • Quoting, ordering and tracking merchandise inventory
  • Use Arryved software to track sales team merchandise
  • Support the events manager on all major brewery rentals and events
  • Use Tripleseat software to coordinate all taproom reservations and private event requests
  • Weekly communication with taproom management regarding upcoming events, reservations and venue bookings
  • Main point of contact for all charitable donations: gift baskets, beer donations, etc.
  • Coordinate the shipping for the online store as needed
  • Monitor the receiving area for daily deliveries and notify the corresponding department
  • Assist with social media response and interaction including reviews and general questions
  • Keep the office neat and tidy
  • Develop a sweet 80’s soft rock playlist
  • Other duties as assigned

 Required Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Occasional event assistance required on evenings or weekends
