Overview

Come Join Our Team! We are in search of an energetic, professional and team member focused HR leader who is ready to join us on our quest to become the best brewery in Tennessee!

In this role, you will deliver HR services that meet or exceed the needs of team members while also enabling business success. You will lead the day-to-day HR operations for all facets of the business. You will be a trusted advisor who understands our needs, knows how to customize approaches, and implement solutions that grow team members while also supporting the business. You will work with leaders and managers to ensure we have the HR and talent practices to fuel our rapid growth and help us ensure a best place for our team members to work. You are an approachable, servant leader who also likes to have fun while you work!

Responsibilities

● Act as company culture ambassador to create a safe and diverse workplace that supports a strong, inclusive workplace culture aligned with our core values “People.Product.Service.”

● Lead and manage all aspects of the team member life cycle: attraction, recruitment,

onboarding, development, retention and separation.

● Lead and implement effective team member engagement and satisfaction programming

to support the company’s goal to become one of Tennessee’s best places to work

● Effectively manage all team member relations and resolves issues as they arise

● Ensures compliance with all applicable HR employment practices and procedures by

monitoring and implementing applicable local, state and federal guidelines

● Collect required documents and maintain team member files and records

● Facilitate administration of team member benefits, payroll, incentive programs and

401(k) plan

● Travel between locations as needed

● Other duties as assigned

Requirements

● At least 5 years of progressive HR experience leading the HR function or equivalent

education and experience

● Up to date on talent best practices

● Working knowledge of HR policies and systems to include team member regulations and

laws

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable and ethical

mindset

● Excellent decision making and organizational skills

● SHRM-CP or SCP, PHR or SPHR Certified, preferred

Compensation and Benefits

● Full-Time, Salaried

● Paid Time Off Program

o Up to 4 weeks annually based on years of service
