Cellarman / Production Assistant

Neshaminy Creek Brewing Co., in Croydon, PA (just outside of Philadelphia), is looking for a full-time Cellarman/Production Assistant. 

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and getting to sharpen skills in all aspects of brewery production. You will rotate through shifts of brewing, cellar work, packaging, and cleaning.

Major responsibilities include:

• Dumping and milling grain
• Wort production
• Monitoring fermentation
• Cleaning tanks inside and out
• Dry hops
• Transferring beer for packaging
• Packaging beer in cans, kegs and bottles
• Labeling packaged goods
• Stacking cases
• Cleaning and maintaining all brewery equipment and surfaces
• Cleaning kegs
• Cleaning barrels
• Cleaning, lots and lots of cleaning

We are a production facility that runs 2 shifts a day 5 days a week.

This position is a full time job that works Monday through Friday.

Must be able to lift 60 lbs and maneuver 170 lb objects regularly.

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently are crucial.

Professional brewing experience is a huge plus.
