Brewer

The brewer will assist the Head Brewer/Owner in creating recipes, brewing beer, completing prep work, documentation, cellaring, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Our ideal candidate is committed to excellence and safety, prioritizes good communication, has a diligent attention to detail, and is a blast to work with. We expect the brewer to stay up to date on the latest trends but also be comfortable thinking outside the box and being committed to making the best beer in all the land.
