Human Resources Manager

Night Shift Brewing

Everett, MA, USA

Full time

Feb 28

Night Shift Brewing is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to ensuring a best-in-class employment experience for our team from recruitment and selection to retention to offboarding and everything in between!

With a mix of soft and technical skills, the HR Manager will ensure the day-to-day operations of the HR function runs smoothly. A true generalist, the successful candidate will be able to seamlessly switch between detail-oriented responsibilities such as payroll and benefit administration, providing thoughtful guidance to employees and managers on employee relations and performance issues, and partnering with the Director of Human Resources on a variety of strategic initiatives.
