Apprentice Brewer | Packaging Specialist

Essential Job Functions

1. Performs assigned tasks at various stations on the bottling, canning and kegging lines
2. Completes required paperwork accurately in a neat and timely manner
3. Supports QC sample collection 
4. Helps to inspect and maintain equipment
5. Performs other duties, as assigned
6. Follows operational and safety procedures

2. Ability to safely operate machinery
3. Ability to work both independently and within a team
4. Ability to recognize and respond to machinery malfunctions and safety hazards
5. Ability to contribute to positive work environment

7. Ability to work well under pressure
8. Strong work ethic
9. Strong attention to detail.
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills
11. Interest in/passion for working in the craft beer industry

 Working Conditions

1. Ability to stand for long periods of time and do physically demanding work is required.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
3. Willingness to work on and around potentially dangerous equipment/machinery is required.
4. Willingness to work in an environment with high noise levels is required.
5. Willingness to occasionally work weekends is required.
