Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing operates a 30 bbl brew house and an Industry leading regional craft brewery located in Cherry Hill NJ - right outside of Philadelphia. We are forward thinkers that brought to life NJs first craft hard seltzer and NJs first non-alcoholic brand to market.

Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Co is looking for a brewer/brewer assistant. This is a full-time position available immediately to the right candidate. Duties cover the production of our brands from start to finish and include but aren’t limited to:

·       Brewing;      

·       Cellaring;

·       Raw material handling;

·       Barreling;

·       Keg Cleaning and filling;

·       Canning;

·       Cleaning;

·       Inventory management

·       Assembly of pick for distribution / Assembly of pick for tasting room inventory

·       Brew House and Cellar CIP’s;

·       Completing and maintaining proper documentation and record keeping;

·       Attending/working events, both at the brewery and off-site, as needed;

·       Assistance in quality control, inventory control, and material management

This position requires knowledge of and experience in a production brewery. Additional requirements include:

·       Experience in a production brewery

·       Good mechanical skills

·       Microsoft excel is a must

·       A full understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures,

·       Willingness and ability to work at least 40 hours per week while maintaining a  flexible schedule, including working evenings and weekends, as necessary, 

·       A positive attitude in a demanding repetitive production environment,

·       An understanding of quality control and safety in a production facility,

·       Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities while focusing on detail,

·       Good time management skills

·       Physical work (bending, kneeling, entering tanks, etc.)

·       Work on feet all day

·       Must be able to lift 55 lbs and move 170lbs

·       Working with hazardous chemicals
