Commerce Brewing Company is a contract production brewery located in Largo, FL. Founded in 2019 by a consortium of investors led by former Cigar City Brewing CEO Joey Redner, Commerce services smaller brewing companies who require more output than their own facilities can provide, and also acts as a business incubator for the local beverage industry. The brewhouse is a 30 barrel, three-vessel, steam-fired system, and the cellar currently features three 60 bbl fermenters, five 30 bbl fermenters, two 30 bbl brite tanks, and one 60 bbl brite tank. In addition to brewing, Commerce is also licensed to produce cider, wine, spirits, and RTD cocktails, and our tasting room will serve as the springboard for our own house brand.
