After almost 20+ years in the brewing industry and having worked in breweries in the USA and Mexico from small startups to giant conglomerates, we have finally ventured into opening our own brewery. We will open in early January 2025 in Mexico City, a big city with almost zero craft beer presence. We are looking to take most of the market here, as other breweries have done in cities like Ensenada, Tijuana, San Jose del Cabo, Queretaro and Monterrey to name a few. We are trying to keep a low profile before our opening so we have limited the information we add on this profile.
The team we have build is full of veterans in every area, from operations, to marketing, design, production, sales and leadership. We know the market to perfection and now we are looking for the final piece to our puzzle, the master brewer, who will join our incredible brewers and cellerman in this journey. Our buisness plan is based on years of experience and is design to scale up at a very rapid pace.
