Pike Brewing is an independent craft brewery founded in 1989 and is home to three locally focused restaurants, The Pike Pub (opened in 1996) and The Pike Fish Bar & Pike Ballard Taproom (both opened in 2022). We have been defining craft beer in Seattle for three decades and providing a Pacific Northwest experience by serving local and sustainable food. Our ownership invests in visionary leaders and passionate teams who strive to create memorable experiences which enrich the lives of people and communities in the greater Pacific Northwest.
