A slight play on words, Pilot Brewing references aviation, but more importantly focuses on small batch experimental beer. Combined with our 3-barrel Pilot system, and our half-barrel “Co-Pilot” system, Pilot Brewing will does not focus on any core brands, but instead endeavor to expand the boundaries of craft beer by brewing original recipes that represent traditional and experimental styles.Pilot Brewing has a strong focus in sourcing local ingredients as well as maximizing community involvement within our brewing practices. We are very excited to be the local neighborhood nano-brewery.
